Higher Manchester mayor Andy Burnham is encouraging companies and neighborhood teams assist the poorest within the area have entry to the web.
Mr Burnham, working alonside digital inclusion charity Good Issues Basis, has launched the Higher Manchester Databank as a response to the cost-of-living disaster
