The Transport Secretary has warned rail employees that they threat “hanging themselves out of a job”.
Grant Shapps urged them to not go forward with the three days of walk-outs deliberate for subsequent week.
He mentioned most rail employees had been much less militant than their union’s leaders who referred to as for strike motion over pay, jobs and dealing circumstances.
