A complete of 160 jobs have been misplaced after a modular housing three way partnership between City Splash and a Japan-based large entered administration.
The US Home Group is a three way partnership between the Manchester-headquartered property firm, Sekisui Home UK – a subsidiary of the Japan-based Sekisui – and Properties England who personal the remaining 4% of shares.

The group owns quite a few improvement websites and a modular constructing manufacturing unit in Alfreton, Derbyshire.
Its modular properties have been used on websites akin to Wirral Waters and New Islington in Manchester.
On the time of the appointment of Teneo as administrator, the group had 187 staff, with 151 working on the manufacturing unit with the vast majority of the remaining staff working on the improvement websites.
US Modular Ltd had 151 staff on the manufacturing unit at Alfreton and 140 have been made redundant.
US Home Holdings Ltd employed 36 individuals and 20 have been made redundant.
Teneo will now oversee completion and/or sale methods for the event websites, whereas exploring sale choices for the manufacturing unit.
Daniel Smith and Adrian Berry of Teneo Monetary Advisory Restricted have been appointed as joint directors of City Splash Home Holdings Ltd, City Splash Home Investments Ltd, City Splash Home Ltd, City Splash Modular Ltd, Port Loop Holdings Ltd, Port Loop Ltd and Port Loop (Subco1) Ltd (collectively “the US Home Group”) on Could 11.
